Mocha Thickshake
Delicious summer treat using Clean Lean Protein Real Coffee
Ingredients
1 Serve Real Coffee Clean Lean Protein
1 Tbsp *Nut Butter
1 tsp Cocoa
2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream (I used So Good diary free vanilla bliss, you can use your favorite ice cream)
250ml Oat Milk (or any milk you prefer)
Ice
Nut Butter Recipe:
1 cup Cashew Nuts
1 cup Almonds
½ tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut oil
This Mocha Thickshake is creamy and delicious. Its full of flavour and full of goodies. The protein and good fats keep you feeling full and satisfied so you can get on with doing the things you love.

Method
- Blend all the ingredients together.
- Drizzle melted chocolate on the inside of the glass and pour the thickshake.
- Enjoy!
*Nut Butter: you can use any nut butter you like. I like to use a combination of cashew and almond butter I make at home.
Nut Butter Recipe:
- Roast the nuts at 150 C for about 25-30mins, checking on them regularly and tossing them around.
- Allow the nuts to cool and then blend with the salt and coconut oil.
- Store in a glass jar and use as needed- great in smoothies!
