Matcha Kiwifruit Chia Pudding

Delicious green pudding for any occasion, made with Vanilla Matcha Clean Lean Protein

Ingredients

Chia pudding:

2 Tbsp chia seeds

½ cup coconut milk

1 tsp sweetener of choice

Matcha yogurt:

1/3 cup coconut yogurt

1 Tbsp Vanilla Matcha Clean Lean Protein

1 tsp sweetener of choice

¼ tsp matcha powder (optional)

To top:

Sliced kiwi fruit

Creamy green pudding for breakfast or dessert that will wake your senses. Made with Vanilla Matcha Clean Lean Protein, this chia seed pudding is super delicious, packed with protein and lots of healthy fats.

Method

For chia pudding, mix chia seeds, coconut milk and sweetener in a glass or jar and leave overnight in fridge.

For matcha yogurt, in a small bowl mix coconut yogurt, Clean Lean Protein, sweetener and matcha powder (optional).

Layer matcha yogurt on top of chia pudding, top with sliced kiwi fruit and serve.
