Heavenly Strawberry Porridge

Dairy Free Sugar Free Vegan
A delicious porridge made with Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein.

Ingredients

50g Oats

1 tsp Xylitol (or sweetener of choice)

1 Serve Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein

200ml Rice Milk (or milk of choice)

1 Tblsp Peanut Butter

1 tsp Flaxseeds

1 tsp Chia seeds

I just love the Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein. Every time I open a tub, I savour the scent. It smells so good and I just can’t wait to devour it. Put it together with Peanut Butter in a bowl of porridge and it’s a match made in heaven!

Method

Add the oats and xylitol to a pot and add some boiling hot water from the kettle (enough to comfortably cover the oats). 

Allow the oats to gently simmer for about 5 mins and then turn the heat off. 

Blend the milk, Clean Lean Protein, peanut butter and flaxseeds in a blender and set aside. 

Add the chia seeds to the pot with the oats and xylitol and let it stand for 5 mins. 

Now, add the blended mixture to the pot and mix well. 

Serve with toppings like fresh strawberries and muesli. Enjoy!
