Green Protein Wraps

Gluten Free Keto Low Sugar Lower Carb Sugar Free
The healthy version of green eggs and ham. Made with Good Green Vitality.


1 cup spinach

2 eggs

1 Tbsp Good Green Vitality

Salt & pepper to taste

1 Tbsp olive oil



1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms

1/2 cup caramelized red onion

¼ cup goats cheese

¼ cup pesto

Salt & pepper

Forget green eggs and ham, we have Good Green Vitality wraps with a delicious pesto, mushroom and caramalised onion filling. It's the ultimate breakfast or lunch option for those who love eggs and all things green!

In a blender, combine spinach, egg, Good Green Vitality and a generous grind of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Grease a medium frying pan with a little bit of olive oil over low-medium heat. Pour on half the batter and cook for 5 minutes, then very carefully flip over and cook for another three minutes.

Remove from pan, add fillings, wrap up and serve!
