Fruit Salad With Chocolate Mousse
This is a light, easy and satisfying breakfast or snack option for you or the kids. Using Rich Chocolate Kids Good Stuff, this fruit salad just got super powers. Who doesn't like fruit and chocolate?
1-2 cups chopped fruit (preferably seasonal, frozen berries left to slightly thaw are really yummy too)
2 scoops Kids Good Stuff (we used Chocolate here, but Strawberry and Vanilla Caramel work really well too)
200g Coconut Yoghurt
Mix the Kids Good Stuff and Yoghurt together until completely combined. Pour the desired quantity over the fruit salad and enjoy!
