Decadent Mini Doughnuts

Gluten Free Keto Sugar Free Vegan
Super cute and easy to make! Using Clean Lean Protein Just Natural and Rich Chocolate.

Ingredients

Chocolate Doughnuts

1 Serving Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein

1 Cup Almond Flour 

1/4 Cup Xylitol

2 Tbsp Cocoa

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/8 tsp Salt

¼ Cup Almond Milk (or Milk of choice)

50g Melted Butter (Use Melted Coconut Oil for a Vegan version and use melted not hot Butter or Coconut Oil) 

2 Eggs (or Flax Egg for a Vegan Version)

1 tsp Vanilla


Cinnamon Donuts

1 Serving Just Natural Clean Lean Protein

1 Cup Almond Flour (or Milk of choice)

1/4 Cup Xylitol

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/8 tsp Salt

¼ Cup Almond Milk (or Milk of choice)

50g Melted Butter (Use Melted Coconut Oil for a Vegan version and use melted not hot Butter or Coconut Oil) 

2 Eggs (or Flax Egg for a Vegan Version)

1 tsp Vanilla

How cute are these Decadent Mini Doughnuts! Such a great treat for Christmas day or for any celebration. Super easy to make and so much fun to decorate. You could get the kids involved and have Christmas decorating competitions. Guilt free and packed with protein, you wont have to worry if these doughnuts will add to your waist line. Method

Chocolate Doughnuts

Mix the melted butter and xylitol together. 

Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until well combined. 

Add the milk and mix well. 

Add all the dry ingredients and keep mixing until all the ingredients are well combined. 

Add to a piping bag and pipe into a well-greased donut tray. 

Bake at 170C for 8-10mins (for mini donuts). 

Once the donuts have cooled, you can dip them in chocolate and decorate them.
