Chocolate Gingerbread Smoothie
Gingerbread, but a smoothie version! Made with Clean Lean Protein.
1 Serve Clean Lean Protein Chocolate or Smooth Vanilla (I prefer it with vanilla)
1 Small Frozen Banana
300ml Rice Milk (or any milk of choice)
1 Tbsp Nut Butter (this can be almond butter, cashew butter, peanut butter or even a combination of any)
2 tsp Cocoa
1 tsp Maple Syrup
¼ - ½ tsp Ginger Powder (I love ginger, so I have ½ x tsp- adjust according to your taste)
¼ tsp Cinnamon
Pinch Mixed Spice
This Christmas themed smoothie is a reminder that ‘treat’ food can be incredibly good for you too. This delicious smoothie is rich, creamy, chocolatey, and wonderfully spicy and warming. It will leave your cravings satisfied and keep you going this festive season.
