Choc Mint Protein Smoothie
So refreshing, so minty and oh so chocolaty!
Kiwi summers are awesome, but a minty smoothie to cool you down is where it's at. Double cooling power!
Creamy with heaps of hidden greens, this smoothie will be a summer favourite!
Make sure to decorate with more chocolate and mint leaves.
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup plain plant-based yoghurt
2 frozen bananas
4 cups baby spinach
6 ice cubes
2 scoops Clean Lean Protein Rich Chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 - 1 tsp peppermint extract
2 tsb dark chocolate chips
1/4 - 1/2 cup water (optional if too thick)
- Add the liquid ingredients first, followed by the rest of the smoothie ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
- Process until very smooth and creamy, and the spinach is fully incorporated.
- Add the chocolate, and pulse 5-6 times until the chocolate is broken up but still in chunks.
- Top with more chocolate chips and enjoy!
