Blueberry Lemon Bliss Smoothie
Blueberry and lemon are a match made in heaven. Its light and refreshing- just perfect for a hot summer’s day. This smoothie is packed with goodness and yumminess. It’s a great smoothie for after your workout- the protein helps to build and repair muscle, and the blueberries can help with muscle recovery. Blueberries are really high in antioxidants, and they are also great for your brain.

1 Serve Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
1 Lemon, juiced
½-1 tsp. Meyer Lemon Powder (I use Fresh As Meyer Lemon Powder- this is optional, but it really makes the smoothie special)
300ml Rice Milk (or any milk of choice)
1 ½ Cups Blueberries
Blend all the ingredients together ‘til smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
