Blue Bounty Bar Bites

Dairy Free Gluten Free Keto Kids Nutrition Sugar Free Vegan
Deliciously coconut and guilt free snacks. Made with Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff.

Ingredients

2 Cups Shredded Coconut

1 Serving Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff 

¾ cup Coconut Milk

100ml Coconut oil, melted

1Tbsp Morelife Blue Spirulina Powder

2 Tbsp Xylitol


Toppings

Your favourite chocolate, melted (I used a sugar free dark chocolate)

Shredded Coconut

Blue Spirulina

Xylitol

These colourful goodies are sure to spark lunchbox envy. They will also leave mums and dads feeling good about the nourishment their kids are getting. No nasty colours, flavours or preservatives here folks; just good, clean, fun nutrition.

Method

Add the coconut to a large bowl.

Blend the coconut milk, melted coconut oil, Kids Good Stuff, blue spirulina and xylitol together.

Add the wet ingredients to the shredded coconut and mix well.

Press into a baking tray or brownie tin (to your desired thickness) and place in the fridge for an hour or so.

Once the bars have set, remove them from the fridge. 

Melt the chocolate.

Drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with coconut and blue spirulina.

If you want more chocolate, dip the entire bar into the chocolate to coat.
