Berry Protein Pancakes
These simple pancakes are good enough to eat every day! The Nuzest Clean Lean Protein in Rich Chocolate would be the top flavour choice in these, but any of the Clean Lean Protein flavours would work.
1 scoop Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
1 medium banana
1 free range egg
½ cup mixed berries of choice
1 tsp. 100% natural maple syrup
Add the protein powder, banana, and egg into a blender and combine well.
In a non-stick pan on medium heat, add tablespoon amounts of the batter into the pan. Once bubbles start to appear on top, flip the pancake over using a spatula and continue to cook until both sides are golden. Continue this process until all the batter has been used.
While the pancakes are cooking, heat the berries in the microwave if using frozen, otherwise serve with fresh berries if you have them available!
To serve, stack the pancakes upon one another, top with the berries, and drizzle with the maple syrup.
