Banoffee Overnight Oats
Dessert for breakfast, but make it healthy! Made with Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff.
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 banana, mashed
1 cup oat milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff
1 Tbsp almond butter
2 Tbsp coconut cream
1/2-1 Tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
1/2 banana, chopped in rounds
Cocoa powder, to dust
Dessert for breakfast... yes please!
Super simple to put together and tastes like the real thing. Packed with protein from the oats, chia seeds, almond butter and Kids Good Stuff, plus has all the added nutrients Kids Good Stuff provdes. It is the ultimate breakfast and will set you up for the day.

In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients for overnight oats. Divide into two glasses or jars, cover and refrigerate overnight.
In a small bowl, mix together caramel ingredients. Microwave for 20 seconds and mix again.
Top each portion of overnight oats with layer of caramel, followed by a layer of sliced banana. Top with coconut yogurt and dust with cocoa powder
