Asian Inspired Savoury Porridge
This Asian inspired breakfast dish is a very different twist on porridge. The Egg and Clean Lean Protein pack a protein punch and the Chicken Bone Broth adds an even more nourishing dimension to this warm bowl of delicious flavours. You can make this as spicy and as salty and you want, just adjust the flavours accordingly. To make it even better, have it with a glass of Good Green Vitality mixed with water and a ¼ cup of orange juice. Enjoy!

½ Serve Clean Lean Protein Just Natural (1 scoop)
1 1/2x cup Chicken Bone Broth
1 Tbsp mixed black and white Sesame Seeds
1 tsp grated Garlic
1 tsp grated Ginger
½ tsp Chilli Flakes
1 handful Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp chopped Spring Onion
Tamari (or Soy sauce)
Blend the Clean lean Protein with the chicken bone broth.
Add the oats to a pot, pour in the bone broth and Clean Lean Protein mixture and bring to a gentle boil.
Allow to simmer for at least 15mins, we want the porridge to be smooth and thick.
Add the sesame seeds to a pan and heat.
Drizzel with a little avocado oil and fry the egg on top of the sesame seeds.
Turn the heat to low and cook the egg for a few minutes.
Move the egg and sesame seeds to one side of the pan and lightly fry the garlic, ginger and chili.
Pour the porridge into a bowl. Add the toppings, fried garlic, ginger and chilli, along with the fried egg.
