Bailey is a 2014 and 2018 Commonwealth Games NZ representative for Olympic Weightlifting, with her best placing being 4th on the Gold Coast. She has also represented NZ over the past 12 years in the sport of CrossFit, with the biggest notable achievement being competing at the 2017 CrossFit Games in the Functional Strength CrossFIt Team. Currently settled in Wellington at Urban Fitness, Bailey has been coaching CrossFit for 10 years and loves helping people in their health and fitness journey. She is currently trying to qualify as an Individual athlete to the 2022 CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin.
